AERVA describes cosmetic appearance and sensory benefits, not medical outcomes. Images and colors may vary by screen. Packaging, ingredients, price and availability may change before launch and, afterward, when permitted by law.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when confirmed by the operating entity. Orders may be declined or canceled for inventory, pricing, fraud, delivery or legal reasons. The final checkout provider, payment methods, taxes and currencies will be disclosed before purchase.

5. Safe use

Use products only as directed, for external use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Patch testing is recommended. Product information does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

6. Intellectual property

The AERVA name, visual identity, copy, graphics and site materials are owned by or licensed to the operating entity, subject to final registrations. Personal, non-commercial access does not transfer ownership rights.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Interfere with site security or availability.
• Use the site for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
• Copy or exploit protected materials beyond applicable legal exceptions.
• Submit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, liability is limited to foreseeable losses directly connected to the service. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

9. Governing terms and contact

Governing law, venue, operating entity details and customer-care contact must be completed for each launch market before these terms become final.
